Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences (IR.UMSHA.REC.1399.513). The study was conducted in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations, including the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Before the interviews, all participants gave written informed consent after being fully informed about the purpose and procedures of the study. All participants also agreed to have the interviews audio-recorded to ensure accurate data collection. All information provided by participants was treated confidentially and stored securely.
