Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study was approved by the Ethics Board of the Khyber Medical University, Peshawar via approval no: DIR/KMU-EB/AC/000047 that complied with Helsinki’s declaration. All patients signed written consents form while explaining the steps and the aims of the study in their local language (s). Surrogate consent was obtained from minors or severely ill patients through their parents or legal guardians to participate in the study.
