Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical approval was obtained from the Health Research Ethics and Protocol Review Committee (HREPRC) of Eritrea. As this was a retrospective study, informed consent was not obtained from patients and waived by HREPRC. All ethical and professional considerations were followed and particular attention was paid to keep patient details in strict confidence. Data was analyzed and disseminated anonymously.
