: Ethics approval for this study was obtained from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences Research and Publication Committee (Ref No.DA.287/298/01A/) and the National Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) (Ref No.NIMR/HQ/R.8a/Vol.1X/2805). The Permission to conduct the study at ORCI was granted by the Director of Academic and Research of ORCI. Signed informed consent was obtained from each participant before recruitment. Personal identification information was not collected, each participant was assigned unique code and data were only accessible to investigators of this study.
