: All methods were performed in accordance with Wuhan University institutional guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals and the Institutional Animal Care and Usage Committee at the Wuhan University. The studies were performed at Suzhou Xishan Zhongke Drugs Research and Development Co., Ltd., which compliance with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (OECD, 1998). All animal use has been approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Suzhou Xishan Zhongke Drugs Research and Dvelopment Co., Ltd. (IACUC Issue No.: IR18012301, IR18012306, IR18080750). The studies were carried out in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines and the animal welfare compliance Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (8thed., 2011).
