: The study was carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The COPEP study was reviewed and approved by the "Commission Cantonale d' éthique de la recherche sur l'etre humain" (CCER, project ID: 2020–00864), and participants provided written informed consent before study entry. In addition, PLWH enrolled in the SHCS () and followed up in the routine TDM programme of the Service of Clinical Pharmacology in Lausanne (Switzerland) gave broad consent at inclusion for the use of their clinical data for research purposes. Participants in the COPEP study were identified by a specific study number, while SHCS patients were identified by their cohort number.
