: The animal experiments in this study were approved by the Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Jiaxing Second Hospital (no. 2022110023 S) in accordance with the guidelines of the National Animal Care and Ethics Institution. The ethics committee stipulates that, for adult mice, tumor dimensions should not surpass 20 mm in any dimension. Our research adhered to this, ensuring tumors did not grow larger than 20 mm.
