: The study was approved by the Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Human Research Ethics Committee (i07-440–22/2022, August 4, 2022) and the study was carried out according to the ethical standards stated in the Declaration of Helsinki and its amendments. Informed consent was obtained from all participants/their families, who voluntarily participated after receiving sufficient information and without any form of coercion or manipulation. All patient data were anonymized and securely stored to ensure confidentiality. The study involved an observational review of DRLs only and did not include any experimental intervention.
