: We performed the Cancer Genome Sequencing project of CMUH (TCGA of CMUH), which was approved by the Ethics Committee of CMUH (CMUH110-REC3-221); this project sequenced > 1000 cases of different types of cancers from the Tissue Bank of CMUH. This HCC study was also approved by the Ethics Committee of CMUH (CMUH 109-REC3-055), and informed consent was obtained from all participants in accordance with the standard procedure of the CMUH Tissue Bank. Additionally, both the Declaration of Helsinki and the Good Clinical Practice Guidelines were followed.
