: Mice were maintained according to the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) standards followed by the Seoul National University, South Korea. This study was approved by Seoul National University IACUC (SNU-211222–5).The zebrafish study was conducted in agreement with the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Seoul National University (SNU- 191218–5-1).Human PBMCs were obtained from Red Cross Luxembourg with informed consent from all subjects (donors of PBMC blood products) involved in the study [LBMCC- 2019–0001].For human leukemia samples, the Institutional Review Board of Seoul National University Hospital reviewed and approved the study protocol and exempted the study from the obligation to obtain informed consent. This study was performed following the World Medical Association's Declaration of Helsinki.
