Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All animal experimental procedures were approved and overseen by Animal Ethical and Welfare Committee of Sun Yat-sen University (IACUC DD-17-1101) and were performed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations for animal experiments set down by Sun Yat-sen University. Peripheral venous blood samples from healthy adult volunteers were collected at The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The blood samples were collected after obtaining the patients’ informed consent according to the local ethical committee.
