: This study was carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations in the protocols approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Science (Approval Number: AP2017013) and the Animal Experiment Committee of the Laboratory Animal Center, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, China (Approval Number: IACUC-13-2016-001). Intracranial injections and dissections were performed under anesthesia that was induced and maintained by 2, 2, 2 - Tribromoethanol.
