Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Samples were collected following local regulations and the study was performed in the frame of a study (“Molecular neuropathologic investigation of neurodegenerative diseases”) approved by the Ethical Committee of the Medical University of Vienna (Nr. 396/2011). All experiments were performed in accordance with relevant Austrian guidelines and regulations. In addition, the work presented here was approved by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics, Western Norway (REK 2018/1666).
