: All experimental procedures were conducted in accordance with the European Community Council Directive 2010/63/UE and approved by local ethics committees (CEtEA-CEA DSV IdF N°44, France) and the French Ministry of Education and Research (A17_083 authorization), and in compliance with the 3R guidelines. Animal care was supervised by a dedicated veterinarian and animal technicians. Human endpoints concerning untreatable continuous suffering signs and prostrations were used and not reached during the study.
