: All the experiments realized on animals are in accordance with the French ethical laws, European guidelines and, ethical committee. Furthermore, all experiments were performed following the ARRIVE guidelines (), including randomization as well as blinded analysis. The experimenter was blinded to experimental groups until the end of the protocol. The order in which the animals in the different experimental groups were assessed was determined randomly at the beginning of the protocol. Correspondence between cages and experimental groups was revealed to the experimenter after all analyses were performed. The sample size was decided thanks to prior experiments and approved by the ethical committee (APAFIS #16218) and the French “Ministère de l’Agriculture et de la Forêt”. Animals were excluded for the experiment if they did not have the good genotype. None of the animals reached the predefined endpoints.
