: For each subject presented in this study, both parents provided written informed consent for complete fetal autopsy and molecular analysis, and for the scientific use of imaging data, in accordance with French regulations. Research involving fetal brain tissue was declared to the “Agence de la Biomédecine” (ABM approval: PFS25-11599), in compliance with applicable French laws. Primary human skin fibroblasts were obtained from the proband and age-matched children after written informed consent from their parents and approval from the local ethics committee of Robert Debré Hospital (2007*A0101251).
