Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical approval of the research was obtained from the ethical review board of Jimma University, Institute of Health. Permission to conduct the research was also obtained from West Wollega Zonal health department, all woredas health offices and the administrative office of the all selected public health facilities. Data collectors clarified the objectives, benefits, and risk of the study to the participants and they convinced and continued with the data collection after obtaining oral consent from participants. The confidentiality was assured by excluding any participant identifier and the right not to participate in the study was respected.
