The approval clearance was given by the University of Rwanda, Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the College of Medicines and Health Sciences. The ethical clearance was: Approval Notice: Ref: CMHS/IRB/298/2021 issued on 20th October 2021. The researcher obtained permission to collect data from the Director General of Rwanda FDA with Ref.
