: The University of Ibadan/University College Hospital Ethics Committee gave ethical approval for the study with approval number-UI/EC/21/0182 dated 8 June 2021. Written informed consent was obtained from the owners of the participating pharmacies and pharmacist-participants via a letter where the details of the study were explained. Permission to survey pharmacy customers and the superintendent pharmacists were obtained. Pharmacy customers gave verbal informed consent. The study was conducted in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki.
