: The student learning performance data used in this study was collected in collaboration with the course instructors and the University’s Office of Information Technology’s Teaching & Learning Technologies team. Before handing it over for analysis, all the information that could be used to identify a specific student has been encrypted. This study was further approved by the Umbrella IRB Protocol in the university involved. For the instructors involved in the usability test, consent for participation was obtained prior to the start of the study.
