: This study was approved by the Queensland University of Technology Human Research Ethics Committee in accordance with Australian and international standards. The participating school principal, teachers, students, and parent/guardian for each student, provided written informed consent to participate in this study and to publish images, in QUT approved formats, written in Chinese (simplified).
