All participants were provided with an informed consent document before their interview, which details the purpose of the study, procedures, voluntary nature, risks and benefits, confidentiality measures, and compensation. The consent form also informed participants that interviews would be audio recorded with their permission, and that recordings would be deleted following transcription. Before beginning each interview, interviewers confirmed receipt of the consent form and verbally affirmed their consent before continuing with the interview.
