Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study design and its procedures have been presented to the local ethics committee (record number “request 187/2015”) who, according to the Danish law, did not consider the study for ethical approval, owing to the observational nature of the study.The Danish data protection agency has approved the study including the data collection procedures (The Danish Data Protection Agency’s journal-number: 2015–57-0002; Aarhus University’s journal-number: 62,908, serial number 224).All runners have to approve an online-based informed consent by clicking in a checkbox in the baseline questionnaire, in order to be eligible for inclusion.
