: This study was nested within a Frisian aftercare cohort of patients previously described by Beumeler LFE et al. []. The original study followed the Declaration of Helsinki was evaluated and approved by the local research ethics committee of the Medical Centre Leeuwarden (Regionale Toetsingscommissie Patiëntgebonden Onderzoek, Leeuwarden, The Netherlands; METC-number: RTPO 1055). The study protocol was registered online (ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT04154995). Informed consent procedures, including a deferred consent process, were conducted as described in the original study.For the current analysis, ethical approval was covered under the same METC-number: RTPO 1055, and all procedures conformed to the original ethical standards and consent processes.
