: Eight-week-old male BALB/c mice were purchased from Liaoning Changsheng Biotechnology Co., LTD.The mice were housed in a pathogen-free environment with a standard 12-hour light/dark cycle and had access to food ad libitum.The temperature in the animal housing facility was maintained at 23 ± 0.5 °C.All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the Shenzhen Rongwan Biomedical Animal Centre (Approval number: RWIACUL-23-0040) and conducted according to the ARRIVE (Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments) guidelines.Additionally, all experimental procedures strictly adhered to the NIH Guidelines for the Use of Laboratory Animals (National Research Council, USA).
