: The Ethical Committee of the Reproductive & Genetic Hospital of CITIC-Xiangya, Basic Medical Science School, Central South University, approved this study (LL-SC-2021–025). All participants were required to sign informed consent. Twenty patients (5 OA and 15 NOA) between the ages of 25 and 46 who underwent microdissection testicular sperm extraction (m-TESE) provided approximately 20 mg of testicular tissues for this study.
