Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from national ethical committee (N°582/RNEC/2013). The participants were told about the study objectives and that their participation was voluntary and they could withdraw at any time, without giving any reason. They were aware that although the conversation was audio-recorded, their identity would not be revealed. The information that they provided would only be used for research purposes and would not to be disclosed to anyone. Verbal consent at the beginning of the FGDs and IDIs was sort and the end a written consent too was signed by each of the participants.
: Consent was obtained from participants for anonymous quotes to be published in peer reviewed journal publications.
