: This study was reviewed and approved by the Makerere University School of Health Sciences Research and Ethics Committee (reference number MUSSS-2020-10) and by the University of Minnesota Institutional Review Board and Research and Ethics Committee (number STUDY00011629). The Uganda National Council of Science and Technology (UNCST) also approved the study. Written informed consent was obtained from every participant who agreed to take part in the study. Participants were informed about the voluntariness of participation and that their information was going to be kept confidential. To ensure privacy, all interviews were conducted in a private space.
