: This study was approved by the Ethical Committee at Fukui-ken Saiseikai Hospital (Approval Number 2022–021). Because this was a retrospective study using existing clinical data, individual informed consent was not obtained. Instead, an opt-out approach was employed, and information about the study was disclosed to patients for a designated period, allowing them to decline participation. No patients opted out.
