Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Health Research Involving Human Subjects in Japan. This study was approved by the Ethical Review Committee of Saitama Prefectural Cancer Center (Approval No: 2012; Date of approval: March 14, 2025). Participation was entirely voluntary, and informed consent was deemed to be obtained upon completion and submission of the questionnaire.
