: Ethical clearance was sought from the University of Health and Allied Sciences Research Ethics Committee (UHAS-REC A.t l7 61 22–23). Permission was then sought from the leadership of the various transport unions across the stations where data were to be collected. Informed consent was sought from the participants after a thorough explanation of the aims, objectives, and procedures to be followed had been clearly read out and explained to potential participants. All COVID-19 protocols were followed during the data collection process. Before conducting the interviews, all participants were presented with the option of declining to answer any of the questions. Furthermore, participants were made aware that they could withdraw from the study at any point in time.
