: The ethical statement was received from the Pharmacy Education and Clinical Service Directorate at the College of Health Sciences, Debre Tabor University, with reference number CHS/297/2016. Oral informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interview. The purpose of the study and the informed consent process were clearly explained to the participants, both verbally and in writing. Participants were assured of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any obligation to the research team. No incentives or rewards were provided for the participation, and the confidentiality of all participants was strictly maintained. We, the authors, used a verbal consent form because it is time-saving, convenient, and flexible. Additionally, the interactions with participants were considered low-risk procedures. To ensure participant confidentiality, several measures were implemented. All responses were utilized exclusively for the aims of this study and were accessible only to the authors. Participants’ names were deliberately omitted from the questionnaires, and all collected data remained private, never being exposed to other entities or repurposed.
