: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (2013 version) as adopted by the World Medical Association. Ethical approval for the study was secured from the Health Research Ethics Committee of the Kogi State Ministry of Health (a fully registered committee the under National Health Research Ethics Committee), after a defence of the research proposal during the Committee’s ethical screening interview. This study was conducted using anonymized secondary data and posed no direct risk to any human subject. Ethical approval was obtained from the Kogi State Ministry of Health Ethics Committee, and data use was authorized by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
