Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was approved by Bale Zonal Health Office Ethics Committee. Informed verbal consent was obtained and sufficient from each study participants as the study does not have any interventions and harm to the participants. The participants were also briefed about the objectives and importance of the research before the commencement of interviews. All interviews were conducted in areas where the privacy of the study participants was maintained. Prior to initiating the interview, the purpose of the study, manner of the questioning and confidentiality assurance was verbally communicated to the participants. The participants were informed on having full rights to participate or not to participate in the study as well as to withdraw at any time during the interview process.
