Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by institutional review board of Addis Ababa University, College of Natural Sciences and Oromia Regional Health Bureau Ethical Review Committees. A formal official cooperative letter was written from the region to the zonal health office and then to, district to health centres. Prior to undertaking interviews, written consent was obtained from all adults. We used a finger stamp for those who did not sign by their hand that can be considered as approval or as a signature in the country legal system. Informed verbal consent was also obtained and considered in addition to the written consent for each study participants as the study does not have any application of interventions that can harm to the participants. Meanwhile, the participants were also instructed about the objectives and importance of the research undertaken.
