: The clearance was obtained from Symbiosis International Deemed University independent ethics committee and all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations<b>.</b> Permissions were also obtained from the medical officers of the primary health centers of each area. Informed written consents were obtained from study participants and the study objectives were explained to them. Those who volunteered to participate were not enforced to respond. Formal permissions from medical officers of PHC was also obtained before initiation of the study in Mulshi Taluka. The confidentiality of the collected information was ensured at all levels.
