: The Ethics Committee at the Oulu University Hospital approved the Peri-Nutri trial (235/2018) and is registered in ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT03863236). All participants will be signed a written informed consent form. Central ethical approval was confirmed from Seinäjoki 10.9.2019 and Kuopio 2021. We will not begin recruiting at other centers in the trial until local ethical approval has been obtained.
