: This study was deemed exempt from review by the Institutional Review Board at Emory University as part of a quality improvement initiative and form of program evaluation. All participants who received the intervention consented verbally, as the research involved no more than minimal risk of harm. Consent was waived for matched controls, as all data were accrued in a de-identified manner and the research could not be carried out without this waiver.
