: All methods of this study were carried out under the Declaration of Helsinki’s ethical principle for medical research involving human subjects. The ethical clearance for this study was obtained from the Ethical Review Board (ERB) at the Nepal Health Research Council (Ref: 2788). The formal approval was taken from Chhayanath Rara municipality office and health posts of selected wards to enter and conduct research. Informed written consent was obtained from each of the participants before proceeding to data collection. Participants were informed about voluntary participation, their right to refusal at any point, and the confidentiality of their identity.
