: Ethical clearance was obtained from the ethics institutional review board of Dire Dawa University. The necessary permission was obtained from Jig-Jiga town health office, the administrative office, and the selected Kebeles office. All methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations in the Declaration of Helsinki. The objectives and purpose of the study, as well as risks and benefits, were informed to the participants. Written informed consent was obtained from parents or Legal guardians of children and for those parents of the participants who were illiterate or below 16 informed consent was obtained from literate family members/Legal representatives. For illiterate participants who are above the age of 16 own informed verbal consent was obtained before data collection which was approved by ethics Institutional Review Board of Dire Dawa University. Confidentiality was maintained, and data collectors explained to the respondents the target of the study and the risk of the study was minimum, except few minutes of interview the right of the participant in this study was fully voluntary and the participant have the right to declare to participate or not to participate and to withdraw from the study at any time.
