: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Kinshasa School of Public Health Ethics Committee (reference number: ESP/CE/67/2024), as well as by Norwegian Institutional Review Board (REK West. reference number: 645696). Autonomy was upheld as subjects provided verbal informed consent after a thorough explanation of the study’s aims. Participants were informed that their involvement was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the discussions at any time. Confidentiality was safeguarded by removing all identifying details from transcripts and assuring participants that their comments would remain private.
