: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study has been approved the University of Agder’s Faculty Ethical Committee (date: 22.09.2022) and the Norwegian Data Protection Service (NSD, reference number: 932986). All participants were provided with participation information in advance, informing them of the scope of the study, the reasons for conducting the interviews, the voluntary nature of their participation, that data would be anonymized after being transcribed, and their right to withdraw from the study at any time.
