: The Ethical Committee at the Medical Faculty of the Leipzig University raises no ethical and scientific objections to the submitted study design (number 483/17-ek). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants (pupils and parents) received information about the research objectives and methods. After clarifying doubts, they signed a Free and Informed Consent Form, stating that they were with the research objectives and consented to their participation. Further, the study is registered with the German Clinical Trials Register (DRKS00017317, registration date: 05-29-2019).
