: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee (ERC Number: 15/21), A SIDCER (Strategic Initiative for Developing Capacity in Ethical Review), Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Gangodawila, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka. All study procedures and methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of the Declaration of Helsinki.For this study, COTASS-2 participants were contacted by phone, informed about the study, and sent an information leaflet if requested. They had time to review it before a follow-up call to confirm participation. Interviews were scheduled upon agreement, with a second call if more time was needed. Written consent was obtained before data collection. All study procedures and methods were performed by the relevant guidelines and regulations of the Declaration of Helsinki.
