: The study was conducted as per the Helsinki declaration. Ethical clearance for the study was obtained from the Institutional review board of Yanet College with a letter written using a reference number YC/IRB/019/2024. Individual verbal consent was obtained from every study participant. Privacy, confidentiality and anonymity of the study participant and the data were ensured. Participant anonymity in the qualitative quotations was maintained by assigning unique identifiers (e.g., age and gender) instead of using names, and by omitting any personal or location-specific information that could lead to identification. Direct quotes were presented in a way that preserves the richness of the data while ensuring that participants cannot be traced.
