: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Hawler Medical University (reference HMU-REC-2024-18, 15 September 2024) and carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Every participant gave written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the procedures, potential benefits and risks, and their unconditional right to withdraw at any time. Data was anonymized and stored securely. Participants received a small reimbursement for travel costs (10,000 IQD per visit).
