Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee Medical College of Qingdao University (QDU-HEC-2023250), and was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical requirements of the Medical College of Qingdao University. Meanwhile, subjects voluntarily signed informed consent after full understandings. The content of the consent to participate declaration is as follows: I have a clear understanding of the research purpose, main content, research process, possible potential risks and expected returns of the study. The researchers have fully explained the relevant issues of the study to me, and all my questions have been answered. I am aware that my participation in this research is voluntary and I have the right to withdraw unconditionally at any stage of the research process without any adverse impact as a result. Based on the above understanding, I voluntarily agree to participate in this research and allow the researcher to use the relevant data I provide (such as interview records, questionnaire information, etc.) in accordance with the research norms.
