: Dr. Amy Bender is a Clinical Program Director of Athlete Services at CSHP, Calgary, AB, Canada. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada.Mr. Doug Lawson has a graduate degree in Medical Science (Medical Education) and helps with statistical analyses at the CSHP, Calgary, AB, Canada.Dr. Penny Werthner is a Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada.Dr. Charles Samuels is a Medical Director at the CSHP, Calgary, AB, Canada.
