Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee II of the Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (HUS-190-2020-03). In Finland, consent to participate is not required for medical research using only register data (Personal Data Act 523/1999 with subsequent amendments; Act on the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data (552/2019)).
