: Formal ethical approval for this study was waived by the Comitato Etico Territoriale Lombardia 5 (Milano, Italy; protocol 47/25) and all study procedures were performed in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Before starting the course, participants were informed about the purpose of the surveys (course evaluation and research on educational outcomes), the voluntary nature of participation, anonymity, and data handling procedures. In addition, all attendees had previously signed the course participation consent, which included acceptance of privacy terms (including photo/video) and consent to the use of de-identified data for research purposes related to the course.
